SHIPPING FAQ

Q: Where do you ship?
A: Package will be delivered to addresses in Singapore, which includes Sentosa and Jurong Island.

Q: When do you deliver?
A: Delivery will be between 10:30 AM to 7:30 (UCT+8:00) on weekdays and between 10:30 am - 4:00 pm (UCT+8:00) on Saturdays. We do not deliver on Sundays and public holidays.

Q: How long do I wait for my Lion City order?
A: We make an effort to deliver you order from our warehouse within 1-3 working days from finishing the payment online. In the event that the delivery gets delayed, Lion City will not be liable if the circumstances are as follows: the recipient was unavailable or cannot be contacted, wrong addressed orders, horrible weather conditions and so on. We will try our best to notify you for any delays and make new delivery arrangements.

Q: Do you have free shipping?
A: All orders above $400 will be shipped for free. Anything below that will have a fee of $29.

Q: Do I need to give an ID or any form of identification when I receive the package?
A: No, It’s not needed. Any authorized recipient will sign the delivery document when they receive the package.

Q: What do I do when I receive the delivery?
A: Lion City products are in perfect condition before we ship them and are sealed in the warehouse. Do check the condition of the box to see if there are any damages or if the package was opened while it was being transported. If the condition of the package concerns you, please do not sign the delivery acceptance document. Just hand the package back to the courier and we will replace the items. It will take a few days for us to make the redelivery. In the event that the product in the box is damaged or missing, please contact Lion City Customer Service Hotline: +65 6748 3367 for assistance. 

Q: Do you deliver to PO boxes?
A: No, Someone must sign the delivery document and receive the package at an address. PO boxes can’t do that. 

Q: Oh no! I gave the wrong address, what do I do now?
A: We will send you an email if the order has been delivered to the wrong address or cannot be delivered. Contact us for redelivery arrangements and any delivery inquiries. 

Q: What happens if the package gets delivered to the wrong person?
A: You can contact us through phone or you can go online and ask for help from Lion City’s online web chat customer support. 

Q: Who are you delivery partners?
A: All delivery will be done by our in house logistics team.

PAYMENT FAQ

Q: What are your accepted methods of payment?
A: We accept the following payment methods:
  • ENETS Real time Bank transfer
  • Reddot for Visa and Master Card
  • Cash on Delivery
  • Credit Card (AMEX)

  • Q: How do you charge my credit card? 
    A: Your credit card will be charged when you confirm your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded. 

    Q: Do I get a receipt or any documentation after I pay?
    A: We will email you an invoice after you have confirmed your payment.
